Smile Partners Recruitment is working with the team at BridgeMill Dentistry to find their next stellar Treatment Coordinator!

Our team is growing, and we are looking to add a Full Time Coordinator our long-standing team in Canton, GA. Located at 3682 Sixes Road Canton, GA 30114.

BridgeMill Dentistry is an established dental practice with a history of serving families in and around Cherokee County, GA. We are tremendously committed to what we do because we recognize how important good oral health is to our patients. Founded in 2002, the practice is one of the larger ones in the area, but remains committed to a very personalized treatment philosophy and friendly environment. Every member of our team knows that the best relationships between healthcare providers and their patients start with trust.

The ideal candidate will be caring, team-player, and motivated people-person with a strong work ethic and superior customer service skills. Our office is fast-paced so we need someone who can multitask and keep a positive upbeat attitude while doing it! Clinical experience is a plus!

Duties:

• Scheduling appointments
• Checking patients in and out
• Treatment plan presentations
• Verifying insurance
• Answering phones
• Obtaining needed information
• Collecting payments

Requirements:

• Previous dental experience
• Insurance verification
• 1 year of experience is preferred
• Dentrix experience a plus

Full-Time Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 7:30am - 5:00pm
• Tuesday 7:30am - 6:00pm
• Lunch is from 1:00pm - 2:00pm
• We are open one Friday per month from 7:30am - 1:00pm
