Streamwood Smiles is looking to add a stellar Treatment Coordinator to the team!

The ideal candidate is someone who is energetic, team orientated and someone who loves working with patients to achieve their smile goals. Our full-time employees receive access to our comprehensive medical benefits, 401k and more!

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide a welcoming experience
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance and assist with basic billing questions
• Collect co-pays and process payments
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Support smooth front office operations

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental office
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented work ethic
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:

• Monday: 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 11:45 AM - 6:30 PM
• Wednesday: 11:45 AM - 6:30 PM
• Thursday: 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:45 AM - 2:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (One Saturday Per Month)
