Streamwood Smiles is seeking a confident and experienced General Dentist to step into a sole provider role at our established, high-performing practice in Streamwood, IL.

This is a unique opportunity for a doctor who is ready to take ownership of their schedule, build strong patient relationships, and thrive with the support of an experienced team and steady patient flow.

Schedule

• Monday & Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday & Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 6:30 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 1 Saturday per month: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Start timeframe: 2–4 weeks

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• 3–5 years of clinical experience required
• Confident in comprehensive/general dentistry procedures
• Comfortable working independently as the lead provider
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
